First socked the dal for half hour
Take a cooker heat 1 and 1/2 tbsp oil
Add onion chopped and green chilli
Saute it till brown
Now add dal and turai
Add red chilli pwd,coriander pwd and turmric pwd mix well
Now add chopped tometo mix properly
Add 2 cup of water
Cover with lid and whistle it 4
After that mix with da ghotni
Add salt mix well
Then take a pan heat half spoon oil add zeera and curry patta
This tadka put on the dal
Put coriander
Serve dal turai with rice or chapati
