Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup chana dal


  • 2 green chilli


  • 2 onion chopped


  • 3 tometo chopped


  • 1 tsp red chilli pwd


  • 1 tsp turmric pwd


  • 2 tsp coriander pwd


  • 1 tsp cumine seed (zeera)


  • 5 to 7 curry patta


  • 1 tspCoriander leaves


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 turai chooped

Directions

  • First socked the dal for half hour
  • Take a cooker heat 1 and 1/2 tbsp oil
  • Add onion chopped and green chilli
  • Saute it till brown
  • Now add dal and turai
  • Add red chilli pwd,coriander pwd and turmric pwd mix well
  • Now add chopped tometo mix properly
  • Add 2 cup of water
  • Cover with lid and whistle it 4
  • After that mix with da ghotni
  • Add salt mix well
  • Then take a pan heat half spoon oil add zeera and curry patta
  • This tadka put on the dal
  • Put coriander
  • Serve dal turai with rice or chapati
