Ingredients

  • Poha thin 2 cup

  • Onion chopped 1

  • Potato boiled 1

  • Coriander leaves 2tbs

  • Green chillies 2 chopped

  • Salt 1teasp

  • Red chilli powder 1teasp

  • Chat masala 1 teasp

  • Oil 4 tbs

  • Peanut Powder 3tbs

Directions

    Wash poha 3 time with clean water

  • 02

    Mash it properly

  • 03

    Add rest of ingredients in poha except oil

  • 04

    Mash it again

  • 05

    Make poha ball

  • 06

    Heat oil in frying pan, put 1 by one

  • 07

    Shallow fry till crispy bothside

  • 08

    Serve with chutney
