Ingredients

  • Poha thin 2 cup


  • Onion chopped 1


  • Potato boiled 1


  • Coriander leaves 2tbs


  • Green chillies 2 chopped


  • Salt 1teasp


  • Red chilli powder 1teasp


  • Chat masala 1 teasp


  • Oil 4 tbs


  • Peanut Powder 3tbs

Directions

  • Wash poha 3 time with clean water
  • Mash it properly
  • Add rest of ingredients in poha except oil
  • Mash it again
  • Make poha ball
  • Heat oil in frying pan, put 1 by one
  • Shallow fry till crispy bothside
  • Serve with chutney
