Marinate the chicken with salt , turmeric, ginger and garlic paste mix well . Keep for 10 minutes then heat oil in a pan and fry it till for light brown in colour. Then keep it aside.
Wash and Soak all the dals for 10 minutes , pressure cook it with salt and turmeric powder till 2 whistles.
Then mix well like this.
Heat remaining oil in a kadai fry onion golden brown in colour, then divide in two parts.
Again heat a kadai with ghee then add half of brown onion , salt to taste , chilli powder, hole garam masala, bay leaves, cumin powder, coriander powder, kasuri methi, cook for 1 minute, immediately pour dal mixture then add chicken fries,
Then mix well.
Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Then add coriander leaves , garam masala powder, add water 2 cups again cover simmering gloriously. Serve hot with rice or roti.
