Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 150 gm chicken boneless


  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp chaat masala


  • 1 tsp chilli powder


  • 2 tsp mustard oil


  • 50 gm yoghurt


  • 1 tsp salt or according to taste


  • 3 4 as needed Skewers

Directions

  • Wash the chicken
  • Take a bowl (medium size) and the pieces of boneless chicken into the bowl.
  • Add all the ingredients into the bowl and mix it well with the chicken then keep it for the marination for minimum 1 hour, marination gives the proper taste to the dish.
  • After marination, take the skewers and put the chicken in it.
  • Grease the pieces with oil and Grill it using the grill pan or simple pan for 10-15 minutes on medium flame, depending on the size of the pieces.
  • Serve the chicken tikka with mint chutney.
