Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 1 cup sorghum flour

  • 1/2 cup pearl millet flour

  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour

  • 1 cup white chickpeas

  • 1 onion

  • 2 tomatoes

  • 1/2 capsicum

  • 100 gram cabbage

  • 2 tsp oil

  • 1.5 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1 tbsp green coriander leaves

  • 2 boiled and mashed raw bananas

  • 100 gram carrot

  • 2 tsp lime juice

Directions

    Wash and soak chickpeas atleast for 7..8 hours or overnight

    Then boil adding 1tsp salt and 1 cup water

  • 03

    Meanwhile take all the three flours in a plate

  • 04

    Knead the dough with lukewarm water adding remaining salt and boiled and mashed bananas

    Cover it and keep aside

    Now Heat oil in a pan

    Add chopped onion,capsicum,carrot julians and cabbage

  • 08

    Saute well for 3..4 minutes

    Add chopped tomatoes and green chillies

    Add boiled chickpeas and red beans

  • 11

    Add chilli powder and garam masala powder and lime juice

    Mix well

    Turn off the flame and add chopped coriander leaves

    Now make a small ball out of dough to make chapati

  • 15

    Roll it and roast on tava from both sides

    Fill the chickpeas filling inside each chapati and fold like tacos

    Spread sour cream over it

  • 18

    Serve with more sour cream
