Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/2 cup boil yellow moong dal


  • 1/2 cup boil rice


  • 1/4 cup suji


  • 2 tsp salt


  • 2 tsp red chilli pawder


  • 1 pinch turmric pwd


  • 2 onion chopped


  • 1 capsicum chopped


  • 2 tometo chopped


  • 1 tsp chat masala


  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves


  • 1 tsp baking soda

Directions

  • First sock rice and dal for half hour
  • Boil the rice
  • Boil the dal
  • Now take a mixer jar put green chilli boiled rice and dal
  • Make a fine batter add red chilli pwd. Turmric pwd and salt
  • Take a bowl put onion ,tometo,capsicum and coriander leaves
  • Add salt and red chilli pwd
  • Mix well
  • Heat tawa spread oil
  • Spread batter on it then spread veggies mixture
  • Roast both the side
  • Serve hot with sauce or coonut chutney
