Ingredients

Udad dal, black gram 200g
Chana dal 200g
Mung dal 100g
Rice 100g
Onion chopped 1
Curry leaves 10
Salt 1 tbs
Oil 300 ml for frying
Directions
Soak all the ingredients for 5t to 6 hour or overnight
Wash properly and grind coarsely in either mixie or wet grinder
Add chopped onion, curry leaves, salt and mix it well
Heat oil in a kadhai
Take a spoon of batter and flat it on your palm
Fry it in oil till crispy
Serve with chutney
Note :- Keep batter thick, make sure add small amount of water while grinding
