Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • Udad dal, black gram 200g


  • Chana dal 200g


  • Mung dal 100g


  • Rice 100g


  • Onion chopped 1


  • Curry leaves 10


  • Salt 1 tbs


  • Oil 300 ml for frying

Directions

  • Soak all the ingredients for 5t to 6 hour or overnight
  • Wash properly and grind coarsely in either mixie or wet grinder
  • Add chopped onion, curry leaves, salt and mix it well
  • Heat oil in a kadhai
  • Take a spoon of batter and flat it on your palm
  • Fry it in oil till crispy
  • Serve with chutney
  • Note :- Keep batter thick, make sure add small amount of water while grinding
