Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 2 cup urad dal soaked overnight

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 pinch soda

  • 3 cup curd

  • 1 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1 tsp cumin powder

  • 2 cup oil

Directions

    Take urad dal and blend it until smooth.

  • 02

    Add salt, redchilli , soda and mix

  • 03

    Heat oil and deep fry small to make pakodas

  • 04

    Transfer it into water

  • 05

    Churn curd add salt and mix

  • 06

    Keep pakoda in a plate , top it with dahi and sprinkle some salt, cumin and red chilli
