Ingredients

  • 1 cup chana daal


  • 2 cup rice


  • 1 onion


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • Salt 1tsp


  • Oil4tbsp


  • Garam masala whole 1

Directions

  • Wash rice and soak for 15 mi
  • Wash daal and boiled it
  • Add oil in a vessel
  • Add garam masala
  • Add boiled chana daal
  • Add rice
  • Add Salt
  • Add 4 cup water
  • Cook till water absorb completely
  • In a pan add oil and fry onion till golden
  • Garnish with this fried onion and serve hat
