Masoor daal 1 cup
Chopped onion 1
Green chilli 2
Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Haldi powder 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves 1tsp
Oil 2 cup for fry
Salt 1/2 tsp
Directions
Wash and soak masoor daal for 4 hr
After 4 hour strain and grind it
Add onion green chilli coriander leaves and all mentioned spices
Mix well
Now deep fry in hot oil till crisp and golden.
