Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Masoor daal 1 cup


  • Chopped onion 1


  • Green chilli 2


  • Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp


  • Haldi powder 1/4 tsp


  • Pepper powder 1/4 tsp


  • Chopped coriander leaves 1tsp


  • Oil 2 cup for fry


  • Salt 1/2 tsp

Directions

  • Wash and soak masoor daal for 4 hr
  • After 4 hour strain and grind it
  • Add onion green chilli coriander leaves and all mentioned spices
  • Mix well
  • Now deep fry in hot oil till crisp and golden.
