Boiled the chana daal with 4 cup of water
Once its boiled grind it into fine paste
Add 2 tbsp ghee in a pan add elaichi powder
Then add chana daal paste
Stir till all ghee absorbed
Add sugar
Then slowly add remaining ghee and stir continuously
Stir until all water evaporates and it becomes a dough like consistency
Add dry fruits..reserve some for garnish
Spread it in a greased plate
Cut like diamond
