Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • Chana daal 1 cup


  • Sugar 1.5 cup


  • Elaichi powder 1 tsp


  • Dry fruits 1 tbsp


  • Ghee 1 cup

Directions

  • Boiled the chana daal with 4 cup of water
  • Once its boiled grind it into fine paste
  • Add 2 tbsp ghee in a pan add elaichi powder
  • Then add chana daal paste
  • Stir till all ghee absorbed
  • Add sugar
  • Then slowly add remaining ghee and stir continuously
  • Stir until all water evaporates and it becomes a dough like consistency
  • Add dry fruits..reserve some for garnish
  • Spread it in a greased plate
  • Cut like diamond
