Ingredients

  • Urad dal 1bowl

  • Salt 1tsp

  • Turmeric 1/2tsp

  • Red chilli 1/2tsp

  • Garam masala 1/4tsp

  • Hing 1tsp

  • Chop garlic 1tsp

  • Chop ginger 1 tsp

  • Chop onion1

  • Tomato puree 2tsp

  • Cuminseeds 1tsp

  • Desi ghee 2tbsp

Directions

  • 01

    Take a dal wash and soaked 20 minutes.

  • 02

    After soaking take a pressure cooker put water,dal,salt and turmeric take one whistle gas released.

    Take a wok put ghee then add hing,jeera splitter add garlic,ginger and onion saute add chilli,garam masala and tomato puree mix then add dal mix .

    Then enjoy.
