  • chicken 1/2kg

  • curd 2-3tablespoon

  • garam masala 1-2teaspoon

  • salt and chilli powder 1-2spoon

  • Tasting salt 1/8teaspoon

  • soya sauce 1/2 spoon

  • Tomato sauce 1/2 spoon

  • Ginger and garlic paste 1-2 tablespoon

    Firstly add all the ingredients and marinate the chicken for half and hr.

    Heat the oil for deep fry.

  • 03

    Deep fry the chicken until it gets cooked and crispy.

    Then take a pan add 1-2spoons of oil.add curry leaves and green chilli to it then add fried chicken 🍗

    If u want a gravy take cornflour powder(2tablespoon) dissolve in water add this mixture to the pan where curry leaves and green chillies are fried.

    Stir well add soya sauce and ketchup,vinegar,green ,chilli sauce.

    Add chicken to it stir well.
