  • chicken 1/2kg

  • curd 2-3tablespoon

  • garam masala 1-2teaspoon

  • salt and chilli powder 1-2spoon

  • Tasting salt 1/8teaspoon

  • soya sauce 1/2 spoon

  • Tomato sauce 1/2 spoon

  • Ginger and garlic paste 1-2 tablespoon


  • Firstly add all the ingredients and marinate the chicken for half and hr.
  • Heat the oil for deep fry.
  • Deep fry the chicken until it gets cooked and crispy.
  • Then take a pan add 1-2spoons of oil.add curry leaves and green chilli to it then add fried chicken 🍗
  • If u want a gravy take cornflour powder(2tablespoon) dissolve in water add this mixture to the pan where curry leaves and green chillies are fried.
  • Stir well add soya sauce and ketchup,vinegar,green ,chilli sauce.
  • Add chicken to it stir well.
