Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cup arhar daal boiled with haldi


  • 1 onion chopped


  • 1 tomato chopped


  • 1 tsp cumin


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp green chilli chopped


  • 1 pinch sugar


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 5 curry leaves

Directions

  • Heat oil in cooker
  • Add cumin and curry leaf
  • Add chillies and saute
  • Add onion and when it turns brown add tomato
  • Add spices and seasoning
  • Stir daal with stirer and add into the tomato
  • Add one glass water and bring to boil
  • Serve hot
