2 cup arhar daal boiled with haldi
1 onion chopped
1 tomato chopped
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1 tsp green chilli chopped
1 pinch sugar
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tbsp oil
5 curry leaves
Directions
Heat oil in cooker
Add cumin and curry leaf
Add chillies and saute
Add onion and when it turns brown add tomato
Add spices and seasoning
Stir daal with stirer and add into the tomato
Add one glass water and bring to boil
Serve hot
