Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 cup chana daal boiled and mashed


  • 1 potato chopped


  • 1 onion chopped


  • 1 tomato chopped


  • 1 sprig curry leaf


  • 1 tsp.mustard


  • 1/2 tsp haldi


  • 2 chillies chopped


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  • Heat oil and add mustard
  • Add chillies, curry leaves,
  • Add onion and salt. When it turns brown add tomato
  • When tomato turns mushy add potato and seasoning
  • When potato are cooked add water and daal together and mix well.
  • Bring it to boil and garnish with chopped spring onion
