Soak the chickpeas overnight or at least 7 hours in water .Then blanched the spinach leaves . Roughly chop onion, garlic & corriandar leaves .
Now in a food processor or blender add all ingredients except cooking oil . Make a coarse paste out of it . Don't make a fine paste otherwise Falafel will be loosing their texture .
Next take a small tennis ball like portion from the chickpea mixture & make small flat Parties using your palms . Keep them aside .
Now in a pan heat some oil & once the oil is nice & hot add 3-4 Falafel patties & fry . Don't keep the flame high .keep it medium .
Once the bottom of the falafels are done turn it over & fry until golden .
