Wash the sabudana for 3-4 times and then soak in water for 3 hours.
After that strain them from the water and mix salt, sugar, turmeric powder, roasted pea nut powder and mix it well and keep them aside.
Heat a Kadai with oil and put punch phoran in it.
When the mustard from the punch phoran crackle then add the chopped onion in it along with red and green chillies and curry leaves.
Saute it for sometime and then add the potatoes ( cut into small pieces) and green peas in it. Also add a little amount of salt in it.
Cover it and cook it for sometime.
When the potatoes become soft then add the roasted peanuts along with the sabudana in it.
Add the noodle masala and mix it well.
When the sabudana becomes transparent in colour then switch off the flame.
Now your Spicy Sabudana upma is ready.
Serve hot by garnishing some chopped coriander leaves in it.
