Wash and soak the green moong for minimum 3 hours.
Then grind them to make a smooth batter by adding a little water in it.
The batter must be thick like dropping consistency.
Mix it with your hand or spatula to make it fluppy and keep it aside for 30-45 minutes.
Then mix salt, baking soda in it and mix it well.
Heat a Kadai with oil and drop small amount of batter in it for making the boras in medium flame.
Heat another pan and put Jaggery in it and allow it to melt completely and switch off the flame.
Then add the fried boras in it and mix it well.
Now your green moong ras boras are ready to serve.
