Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 Cup boiled white lobia


  • 1 Onion finely chopped


  • 1 tomato purée


  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tbsp Red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp green chilli paste


  • 1 tsp Garam masala


  • 1 tsp Coriander powder


  • 1 tsp cumin powder


  • 5-6 Curry leaves


  • Salt to taste


  • 2 tbsp mustard oil


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds


  • 1 pinch of hing


  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

Directions

  • In a pan heat the mustard oil, splitter mustard seeds, cumin seeds,Curry leaves and asafoetida (hing) saute well.
  • Add Ginger garlic paste saute until the raw smell disappear. Then add green chilli paste and finely chopped onion stir well till they turns light golden brown colour.
  • Now add tomato purée and saute continuously until it becomes thick consistency.
  • Next add all spices turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala, cumin n coriander powder, saute well on low flame until it turns aromatic.
  • After add boiled White lobias and salt according to taste mix well together.
  • Further add chopped coriander leaves combine well.
  • Now serve white lobia dry curry with roti, rice... etc enjoy it
