chana dal 250 gm
rice flour 350 gm
oil 8 tspn
ginger garlic paste 1 tspn
red chilli powder 1 tbsp
green chilli chopped 5
green coriander chopped 3 tspn
salt 2 tbsp
mustured seeds 1 tspn
curry leaves 12
Directions
soak chana dal over night
grind it
make a dough of rice flour with little salt and 3 tspn oil
add spices chopped chillies chopped coriander to chana dal
add salt and mix well
make small balls from dough
roll then
fill dal filling in flattened rolled rice flour mixture
now steam in a steamer
cut into small pieces
add oil musturd seeds curry leaves .
add phare and shallow fry
