Soak the chickpeas at least for 4-5 hours.
Pressure cook all the above 16 ingredients at least 3-4 whistles in low flame.
Strain all the ingredients with the help of a strainer and blend it well.
Add rest of the ingredients in the mixture with ghee for shallow frying. and make a dough.
Grease your hand with ghee and make small patties.
Then heat a pan with ghee and shallow fry the patties till both the sides of the patties become golden brown in colour in medium flame.
Now your Shami kebabs are ready.
Serve hot with green chutney.
