  • 1 cup soaked for 4-hrs. Kodo Millet

  • 1/4 cup soaked Mogar moog dal

  • 1 & 1/2- tsp salt

  • For green puree :-2 tbsp chopped spinach

  • 1/4 cup coriander chopped

  • 2 Green chillies chopped

  • 1 tsp Chopped garlic

  • 1 tsp jeera

  • 1 tbsp Lucknowi saunf

  • 1 tbsp coriander seeds

  • 10 Curry leaves

  • 1/4-tsp salt

  • 1/2-tsp asafoetida

  • 2-tbsp ghee

Directions

    Grind soaked kodo Millet & moog dal in mixer grinder and keep it aside for fermentation.

  • 02

    Grind green puree in mixer grinder and add in fermented dosa batter.

  • 03

    Heat nonstick dosa pan, pour dosa batter and spread evenly, apply little ghee & cook till crisp roll and serve hot with chutney.
