1 cup soaked for 4-hrs. Kodo Millet
1/4 cup soaked Mogar moog dal
1 & 1/2- tsp salt
For green puree :-2 tbsp chopped spinach
1/4 cup coriander chopped
2 Green chillies chopped
1 tsp Chopped garlic
1 tsp jeera
1 tbsp Lucknowi saunf
1 tbsp coriander seeds
10 Curry leaves
1/4-tsp salt
1/2-tsp asafoetida
2-tbsp ghee
Directions
Grind soaked kodo Millet & moog dal in mixer grinder and keep it aside for fermentation.
Grind green puree in mixer grinder and add in fermented dosa batter.
Heat nonstick dosa pan, pour dosa batter and spread evenly, apply little ghee & cook till crisp roll and serve hot with chutney.
