In a pan add oil, when Oil is heat sufficiently
Add finely chopped green chilli, chopped tomato saute till they turns soft n mushy. after add spring onions and half cooked (boiled ) toor dal mix well.
Next add salt according to taste and turmeric powder mix well.
Further close the lid and simmer for few minutes.
While cooking saute occasionally and cook on low flame.
Now ready to serve with roti for more tasty.
