  • 1/2 cup Toor dal

  • 2 cup chopped spring onions

  • 2 green chilli finely chopped

  • 1 tomato finely chopped

  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder

  • Salt to taste

  • Oil to temper


  • In a pan add oil, when Oil is heat sufficiently
  • Add finely chopped green chilli, chopped tomato saute till they turns soft n mushy. after add spring onions and half cooked (boiled ) toor dal mix well.
  • Next add salt according to taste and turmeric powder mix well.
  • Further close the lid and simmer for few minutes.
  • While cooking saute occasionally and cook on low flame.
  • Now ready to serve with roti for more tasty.
