Ingredients

  • Sago 1/2 cup

  • Sugar 1/4 cup

  • Saffron 2 & 3 strands

  • Saffron food color 1/4 tdp

  • Cardamon powder 1/4 tsp

  • Crushed cashew nuts 1 tbsp

  • Almonds 1 tbsp

  • Clarified butter 1 tbsp

Directions

    Soak sabudana for 3 - 4 hours and strain it. Heat clarified butter in a pan. Add crushed cashew nuts and almonds and fry it. Now add sabudana and saute for one mins. Add sugar and stir continuously till sugar dissolves and mix in the sabudana. Add saffron and saffron food color and mix well. Serve hot.
