Wash the toor daal and soak for 1 hour. Now transfer in cooker and add 2 cup of Water.
Cook till one whistle on medium flame.
In a kneading plate add wheat flour, gram flour, little salt, 1 tsp oil and carom seeds. Make a soft dough with adding water.
Keep it aside for 15 minutes..
Now roll out a big chapati with dough and cut in to diamond shape.
Add 2-3 cup water to boil in a big vessel. After boiling add dhokli and cook for 15 minutes on high flame.
Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds, aaafoetida and turmeric powder. Roast well and add chopped tomatoes and green chillis. .
Add salt abd roast well.
Add red chilli powder and mix well
Now add masala dhokli with water in daal and cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
Turn off the gas. And garnish with green coriander
Serve in bowl and add extra tadka.
Ready to serve.
