Heat the oil In the pan , splutter mustard seeds, cumin seeds ,Curry leaves and hing.
Add chopped onion saute till they translucent. Then add Ginger garlic paste saute it again till its raw smell disappears.
next Add chopped tomato stir continuously until it becomes soft and mushy.
Further more add all masala spices and saute for a minute.
Additionally add chopped ridge gourd and peas mix well.
Then add Salt to taste and required water to simmer for 5 mins.
Lastly add chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice mix well.
Finally serve Green Peas Ridge gourd Curry with roti, rice etc.
