Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup fresh Green Peas


  • 1 cup finely chopped ridge gourd


  • 1 Onion finely chopped


  • 1 tomato finely chopped


  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste


  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves


  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds


  • 1 pinch hing


  • 1 tsp Garam masala


  • 1 tsp Coriander powder


  • 1 tbsp Red chilli powder


  • Salt to taste


  • 3 tbsp Coconut oil


  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • required water


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

Directions

  • Heat the oil In the pan , splutter mustard seeds, cumin seeds ,Curry leaves and hing.
  • Add chopped onion saute till they translucent. Then add Ginger garlic paste saute it again till its raw smell disappears.
  • next Add chopped tomato stir continuously until it becomes soft and mushy.
  • Further more add all masala spices and saute for a minute.
  • Additionally add chopped ridge gourd and peas mix well.
  • Then add Salt to taste and required water to simmer for 5 mins.
  • Lastly add chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice mix well.
  • Finally serve Green Peas Ridge gourd Curry with roti, rice etc.
