Dal Fenugreek Leaves With Peas

  • 3 cup chopped fenugreek leaves

  • 1/4 cup soaked toor dal

  • 4 tbsp green peas

  • 2 Green chilli Chopped

  • Salt to taste

  • 1/2 onion finely chopped

  • 2-3 crushed garlic cloves

  • 1/4 tsp Ginger paste

  • 2 tbsp ghee


  • Heat the oil in pan, add Chopped onion, garlic, ginger paste, fresh peas, and chopped green chilli saute well on low to medium flame until the onions turn translucent.
  • Now add washed and chopped fenugreek leaves, salt to taste stir for few seconds .
  • next Cover the lid for a minute. After add soaked dal then gently mix well.
  • Now again close the lid and remain cook it for about 2-3 mins in low flame while stirring occasionally.
