Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 1 cup cooked rice


  • 1 dried broken Red chilli


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds


  • 4 tbsp Peanuts (Ground nuts)


  • few Curry leaves


  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds


  • 1 pinch of turmeric powder

Directions

  • Take a pan heat the oil and add sesame seeds saute it well on low flame.
  • Next add peanuts and broken chilli fry until peanuts are well Roasted.
  • While peanuts are well fried ( don't burn it). then off the flame and cool them completely.
  • Now transfer to the mixer and grind it coarsely powder.
  • In the same pan heat oil and splitter mustard seeds, pinch of sesame seeds, and Curry leaves, then add turmeric powder saute well.
  • Further add grinded mixture stir again then add cooked rice mix well till they well combination with grinded peanuts mixture.
  • Now Ready to serve. Enjoy the Peanut Sesame rice.
