Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • A. 2 cups wheat four


  • B. 1/2 cup urad dal ( soaked for 2 to 3 hours)


  • C. 2 tablespoon oil


  • D. 1/2 tablespoon red chili powder


  • E. 1 tablespoon coriander powder and salt to taste


  • F. 1 pinch of asafoetida (hing)


  • G. 1/2 tablespoon jeera powder


  • H. 1/2 tablespoon saunf powder and some coriander leaves


  • I. 1/2 aamchur powder


  • J. 1 pinch of ginger paste and oil for deep frying


  • K.2 green chillies

Directions

  • A. Take 2 cups wheat flour and add 1/2 tablespoon salt , 2 tablespoon oil and with the help of some water knead a soft dough
  • B. Keep it at a side for about 20 minutes
  • C. Take a pan and add 1 tablespoon oil, 1 pinch hing, 1/2 tablespoon jeera powder, 1/2 tablespoon coriander powder, 1/2 tablespoons saunf powder, 2 green chillies, 1 pinch of ginger paste, salt according to taste
  • D. Take urad dal and grind it well (don't make a smooth paste)
  • E. Add urad dal to the pan
  • F. Cook it at low flame for about 6 to 7 minutes
  • G. Add coriander leaves and let it cool for some time
  • H. Make kachori using the dough and add the mixture to it
  • I. Deep fry it
  • J. Serve it hot with aaloo sbzi, channa sbzi,sauce according to your wish
