Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 cup boiled small chickpea


  • 2 tbsp chopped onion


  • 1 tsp grated garlic


  • 1 hot red chili broken into two


  • 2 tbsp chopped green coriander


  • 1/3 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1/5 tsp of hing powder


  • 1/2 tsp chat masala powder


  • 1/3 tsp fried cum powder


  • 1 tbsp mustard oil


  • 1/3 tsp salt

Directions

  • Take a pan. Heat oil. Add mustard seeds to splutter. Then add hing, chopped onion , grated garlic and broken red chili.
  • Saute till the onion becomes golden brown and the aroma of grated garlic marked out.
  • Mix now the boiled chickpea. Add turmeric powder, salt, chat masala, fried cumin powder.
