Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 1 cup boiled small chickpea

  • 2 tbsp chopped onion

  • 1 tsp grated garlic

  • 1 hot red chili broken into two

  • 2 tbsp chopped green coriander

  • 1/3 tsp mustard seeds

  • 1/5 tsp of hing powder

  • 1/2 tsp chat masala powder

  • 1/3 tsp fried cum powder

  • 1 tbsp mustard oil

  • 1/3 tsp salt

Directions

    Take a pan. Heat oil. Add mustard seeds to splutter. Then add hing, chopped onion , grated garlic and broken red chili.

    Saute till the onion becomes golden brown and the aroma of grated garlic marked out.

    Mix now the boiled chickpea. Add turmeric powder, salt, chat masala, fried cumin powder.
