Firstly separate the seeds from the fresh Bean's, soaked peeled Bean's in water for 3-5 hour's.
Then discard water from the Bean's and hold each bean in-between 2 finger's press, gently the outer skin will slip off , leaving behind only the inner seed continue the process to all the seeds.
Now heat the oil in pan, add mustard seeds, and urad dal. When they starts to splitter add broken chilli, Curry leaves, turmeric powder.
Next add finely chopped onion fry till they becomes golden brown then add field Bean's, & potato saute for 2-3 mins.
Next add chopped tomato and cook the veggies with some salt cooked in pressure cooker for 1 whistles.
Then add grinded smooth masala paste to the cooked veggies.
Then add salt to taste and water as needed mix well. now allow it to boil
When it boils it thickens a bit, if required add water to get the desired consistency.
Finally add lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves mix well and serve with chapati, puri etc.
