Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 150 gm Chana dal cleaned and soaked in lukewarm water for 2 hours

  • 1/2 cup chopped carrot + green peas + coriander leaves

  • 1 small tomato chopped

  • 1 tbsp chopped onion

  • 1 tsp chopped garlic

  • 2 green chili diced

  • 1/3 tsp each of cumin and carom seeds

Directions

  • 01

    Grind the ingredients of 1 and 2 to a coarse paste with required water. Mix rest of the ingredients to the dal paste and give rest for 30 minutes.

  • 02

    Make Vada and deep fry them in cooking oil , both the sides on low to medium flame.
