150 gm Chana dal cleaned and soaked in lukewarm water for 2 hours
1/2 cup chopped carrot + green peas + coriander leaves
1 small tomato chopped
1 tbsp chopped onion
1 tsp chopped garlic
2 green chili diced
1/3 tsp each of cumin and carom seeds
Grind the ingredients of 1 and 2 to a coarse paste with required water. Mix rest of the ingredients to the dal paste and give rest for 30 minutes.
Make Vada and deep fry them in cooking oil , both the sides on low to medium flame.
