Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • Soaked Kidney beans – 1 cup


  • Boiled potatoes – 3-4 medium size pcs


  • Bread slices – 2 pcs


  • Bread crumbs – 1/2cup


  • Salt, Ajwain, Red chili powder and Chaat masala – 1/2 tsp each


  • Maida (Refined flour) – 1 tbsp


  • 2 cup oil for frying


  • 1 onion sliced

Directions

  • 1. Finely chop or grind kidney beans and bread slices. In this mixture add boiled and mashed potatoes and all spices and onions. Make a nice mixture for pakora
  • 2. Make a thin batter if refined flour and water. Dip each pakora in this batter and coat with bread crumbs. Deep fry the falafel till they are golden brown in colour.
  • 3.Serve hot
