Salt, Ajwain, Red chili powder and Chaat masala – 1/2 tsp each
Maida (Refined flour) – 1 tbsp
2 cup oil for frying
1 onion sliced
Directions
1. Finely chop or grind kidney beans and bread slices. In this mixture add boiled and mashed potatoes and all spices and onions. Make a nice mixture for pakora
2. Make a thin batter if refined flour and water. Dip each pakora in this batter and coat with bread crumbs. Deep fry the falafel till they are golden brown in colour.
