Ingredients

Serves 5

  • 5-6 big size potatoes

  • 1 table spoon curd

  • 1 small katori chopped green coriander leaves

  • 1 tea spoon dhaniya powder

  • 1 tea spoon amchur powder

  • 1 tea spoon red chili powder

  • 1 tea spoon jeera powder

  • 1 tea spoon turmeric powder

  • 1 tea spoon salt

  • 1.5 tea spoon til

  • 1 table spoon oil

  • 10 table spoon Oil for frying

Directions

  • 01

    Cut potatoes in longitudinal or vertical form wash in water n dry it

  • 02

    Fry once it in oil

  • 03

    Press it by back of katori

  • 04

    Fry again till it becomes brown

  • 05

    Take kadai add oil and fry sesame add all mixed spices

  • 06

    Add fried potatoes curd and mix well
