Grind ajwain leaves, greenchilli, garlic and cumin seeds into fine paste
combining all the ingredients paste, roasted chana, besan,turmeric, garam masala, salt.. using water make thick paste
Consistency should be like sweet pancake batter
heat a nonstick pan and grease with oil. pour a ladleful of prepared pancake batter. do not spread.
simmer and cook until it becomes light brown.
flip over the pancakes and simmer for 1-2 minutes or until cooked through.
Serve with sauce and chutney
