Wash whole udad & moong daal & soak them for 5-6 hrs
Grind soaked daal , with 1 pc ginger & 2-3 green chillies,if required add water & make a smooth, fluffy paste
Add 1/2 tsp jeera & 1.5 tsp salt in batter & whisk well untill fluffy
Heat oil & make small size Bonda & fry untill crispy golden.
In a woke, add approx 2 glass Water, add roughly chopped tometos,ginger garlic paste & boil it until tometos become mushy
Now strain the water, mesh tometos with a pav bhaji meshar, nd mix this tometos in that strained water
For tadka, heat ghee in kadahi, add Hing, curry patta,udad daal, jeera, red chilli, onion, green chillies & soute well.
Add black paper, sambhar powder, red chilli powder,haldi, Gudh/Sugar,salt as per taste
Add tometos mixture & boil it.
Tometo Rasam is ready ,add bonda's enjoy garama garam in rainy season.
