Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1cup urad dal


  • 2tbsp moongdal


  • 2cup curd


  • 1tsp roasted cuminpowder


  • 1tsp redchilli powder


  • 2tspsalt


  • 1tsp black salt


  • 1cup sev


  • 1tsp chaat masala


  • 1chopped onion


  • 1cup ghugni

Directions

  • Soak the urad dal &moong dal 2 hour.
  • Griend it ,add salt ,whisk it nicely &rest it 30 mints.
  • Heat oil derp fry the vada &dip with salt water.
  • Whisk the curd adding 2cup water &1tsp salt
  • Spinch the water of the vada &pour on curd.
  • Take a serving plate add dahi vada ,add ghugni,chopped onion,
  • Sprinckle black salt,caatmasala,red chilli powder,
  • Sprinckle hand ful sev &serve immediately.
