Soak the urad dal &moong dal 2 hour.
Griend it ,add salt ,whisk it nicely &rest it 30 mints.
Heat oil derp fry the vada &dip with salt water.
Whisk the curd adding 2cup water &1tsp salt
Spinch the water of the vada &pour on curd.
Take a serving plate add dahi vada ,add ghugni,chopped onion,
Sprinckle black salt,caatmasala,red chilli powder,
Sprinckle hand ful sev &serve immediately.
