Ingredients

1 bowls white mutter ( soaked overnight n boiled)
1 cups bread crumbs
1 cups oil for frying
1 bowls paneer ( mashed)
1/2 nos chopped onion
2 nos chopped green chillies
8-10 nos chopped coriander leaves
1/2 tsp chaat masala
Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
1 tsp spices ( red chilli powder, turmeric, cumin seeds,garam masala)
1 pinch salt - as per taste
Directions
Take a bowl n mix all ingredients well.
Take a small amount of mixture on yourr palm n give them shape of kabab ( flattened shape with the help of applying little oil on your palm)
Now heat a non stick tawa and add few drops of oil n fry this kababs till golden brown.
Garnish kababs with onion rings n coriander leaves n tomamato slices.
Serve with green chutney or tomato sauce.
