Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 bowls white mutter ( soaked overnight n boiled)


  • 1 cups bread crumbs


  • 1 cups oil for frying


  • 1 bowls paneer ( mashed)


  • 1/2 nos chopped onion


  • 2 nos chopped green chillies


  • 8-10 nos chopped coriander leaves


  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala


  • Chaat masala 1/2 tsp


  • 1 tsp spices ( red chilli powder, turmeric, cumin seeds,garam masala)


  • 1 pinch salt - as per taste

Directions

  • Take a bowl n mix all ingredients well.
  • Take a small amount of mixture on yourr palm n give them shape of kabab ( flattened shape with the help of applying little oil on your palm)
  • Now heat a non stick tawa and add few drops of oil n fry this kababs till golden brown.
  • Garnish kababs with onion rings n coriander leaves n tomamato slices.
  • Serve with green chutney or tomato sauce.
