Ingredients

Serves 4

  • White mutter ( soaked overnight n boiled) 1 bowls

  • Bread crumbs 1 cups

  • Oil for frying 1 cups

  • Paneer ( mashed) 1 bowls

  • chopped onion 1/2 nos

  • chopped green chillies 2 nos

  • Chopped coriander leaves 8-10 nos

  • Chaat masala 1/2 tsp

  • Chaat masala 1/2 tsp

  • Spices ( red chilli powder, turmeric, Cumin seeds,garam masala) 1 tsp

  • Salt - as per taste 1 pinch

Directions

  • 01

    Take a bowl n mix all ingredients well.

  • 02

    Take a small amount of mixture on yourr palm n give them shape of kabab ( flattened shape with the help of applying little oil on your palm)

    Now heat a non stick tawa and add few drops of oil n fry this kababs till golden brown.

  • 04

    Garnish kababs with onion rings n coriander leaves n tomamato slices.

  • 05

    Serve with green chutney or tomato sauce.
