1/2 cup black channa / chickpea
1/2 cup dried green peas/matar
1 Cucumber chopped
1/4 cup purple cabbage sliced
1 onion chopped
2-3 green chilly chopped
1 tomato chopped
1 inch ginger chopped
2-3 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
2-3 tbsp chopped mint leaves
1 tbsp salt or as per taste
1/2 tsp cracked peppercorn or as per taste
Juice of 1 lemon
Directions
Soak the chanaand peas for 3-4 hours or overnight. Drain them well and add them to a mixing bowl
Make ready all the ingredients and take them in a mixing bowl and mix them well
Just before serving add the salt, pepper and squeeze the lemon juice, mix well and serve.
