  • Chana dal 1bowl

  • Salt 1tsp

  • Turmeric 1/4tsp

  • Red chilli 1/4tsp

  • Water 5 glass

  • Mustard oil 2tsp

  • Onion paste 1cup

  • Garlic paste 1cup

  • Ginger paste 1tsp

  • Tomato puree 1cup

  • Salt 1 & 1/2tsp

  • Red chilli powder 1tsp

  • Turmeric 1/2tsp

  • Garam masala 1/2tsp

  • Fresh coriander chop 2tsp

  • Oil 1tbsp

  • Bsyleaf 2 pcs


  • Take a chana dal wash and soaked in 3 hours.
  • After soaking coarsely grind in marble without water.(no use mixer grinder).
  • Take a wok add water and salt boil them.
  • Take a chana dal add salt,turmeric,chilli and mske a thick batter and make a small ball and boil in water for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes balls cut in halves then take a wok add mustard oil then mustard oil smoke saute balls for 2 minutes.
  • Take a wok put oil then oil heat put bsyleaf and garlic paste saute then add onion paste saute till golden brown then add ginger and tomato puree mix after 2 minutes add all spices saute then add balls boil leftover water and balls add cook for 5minutes.
  • Then garnish green coriander and enjoy.
