Take a chana dal wash and soaked in 3 hours.
After soaking coarsely grind in marble without water.(no use mixer grinder).
Take a wok add water and salt boil them.
Take a chana dal add salt,turmeric,chilli and mske a thick batter and make a small ball and boil in water for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes balls cut in halves then take a wok add mustard oil then mustard oil smoke saute balls for 2 minutes.
Take a wok put oil then oil heat put bsyleaf and garlic paste saute then add onion paste saute till golden brown then add ginger and tomato puree mix after 2 minutes add all spices saute then add balls boil leftover water and balls add cook for 5minutes.
Then garnish green coriander and enjoy.
