  • 1/2cup chick peas

  • 1/2cup spinach

  • 1 raw banana

  • 1/2tsp salt

  • 1/4tsp red chilli powder

  • 2tbsp wheat flour

  • 1tsp oil

  • (For peanut salsa )2tbsp peanuts

  • 1 small onion chopped

  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

  • 2 whole kashmiri red chilli

  • 1tbsp brown sugar

  • 2tbsp vinegar

  • 1tbsp Olive oil

  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic

  • 1tsp water

  • (For topping)2babycorns

  • 3tbsp mozzarella cheese

  • 2tbsp processed cheeSe

    Firstly grind chick peas in grinder and make flour out of it.strain the flour.

    Blanch spinach and make paste in grinder. boil banana and peel it.grate banana and keep aside.

    Now in a big bowl take chick pea flour,spinach puree,grated banana,wheat flour and salt.mix all well and make a smooth dough.u can add water if needed.but i havenot used.keep aside to set well

    For salsa.take a pan heat oil,add onion , garlic and add peanuts and cook for 2 minutes.add all the ingredients of salsaband cook it for 3-4minutes on low flame.keep it cool and make a paste not so fine.blanch baby corns and cut diagonally.

    Now make small balls from dough.give them shape as a spoon. Than on the round area of spoon spread peanut salsa.set cut pieces of baby corns .

    Top up qith mozzarella cheese and on the tail of spoon sprinkle process cheese.cook in pre heated oven on 180° for 5-7minutes or till cheese melts. ready to serve
