Ingredients

Serves 2

  • yellow lentils 200 gm

  • wheat flour 250 gm

  • carrom seeds 1/2 tspn

  • clearified butter 6 tspn

  • salt 2 tspn

  • turmeric 1 tspn

  • whole red chilies 4

  • cumin seeds 1/2 tspn

  • water 3 cup

Directions

  • 01

    wash and cook yellow lentils in cooker alongwith salt and turmeric

  • 02

    make a dough oh wheat flour using little bit salt 2 tspn clearified butter carrom seeds

  • 03

    make small balls of dough . roll them

  • 04

    add these wheat flour tikki into cooked dal add some more water cook till tikki cook well .

  • 05

    prepare a tempring of clearified butter chillies and cumins add this to prepared mixture.
