Soak the dal with enough water for at least 1 hour.Then add green chilli & make a paste of it without water.
In a mixing bowl add dal paste, wheat flour & salt.Mix it well.
Add eno & 2 to 3tbspn water .Make a thick batter of it.
Now brush oil in a hot pan & pour a ladle full of batter.Make the flame low, cover it & let it cook the bottom.It will take 5 to 7 minutes.Then flip it & cook other side also.
For sandwich chop some cucumber, boiled potato & onion.Grate some carrot.
Now cut the sandwich base from the centre ,open it & apply tomato sauce on it .Put some sandwich mixture over it.Finally add grated cheese.
Cover it & cook it few more minutes till crispy.Sprinkle coriander leaves & origano.
