1 cup boil kidney beans
1/2cup fried Onion
2 green chilli chopped
1tsp garlic paste
1tbdp 1tsp desi ghee
2tbsp gram flour
1/4tsp kashmiri redchilli powder
1/2tsp lemon juice
1tbsp gulab jal
2tbsp oil for shallow fry
2tbsp coriander leaves
First boil kidney beans and separate excees water by straining.
Slice 2 onion and deep fry in hot oil till Golden brown.
Now take a mixer jar ,add kidney beans,fried onion, coriander leave,grern chilli, ginger and gulab jal.make a smooth paste.
Remove the paste in a big mixing bowl.add rest of all the ingredients except oil (for shallow fry).keep in fridge for 10 minutes.
Now cut bread in roundle with cookie cutter or any bowl.
Now heat a nonstick pan add oil for shallow fry .make small ball from the paste and press a little to give it a shape of kabab.shallow fry on medium flame till golden in colour
Flip very lightly.handle gently.it has mouthmelting quality so very delicate.ready to serve
Grill bread roundals till crisp.spread green chutney on the base.set kabab onit.drop mayonnaise on the top.garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
