  • kabuli channe ( white chick pea ) 200 gm soaked overnight

  • garam masala powder 1 tspn

  • ginger garlic paste 1 tspn

  • green chillies chopped 2

  • coriander leaves chopped 1 tspn

  • chaat Masala 1/2 tspn

  • lemon juice 1/2 tspn

  • salt 2 tspn

  • clearified butter or refined oil 1/2 cup

Directions

  • 01

    boil soaked chick peas in cooker for 15 minuets

  • 02

    drain the water

  • 03

    add garam masala salt ginger garlic paste and grind into a smooth paste

  • 04

    add green chillies coriander chaat masala lemon juice mix well

  • 05

    make small balls flats them and shallow fry on a griddle

  • 06

    have it with parautha
