Ingredients

  • black urad dal whole -1 cup


  • Rajma - 1/4 cup


  • onion -1


  • tomato-1


  • ginger -1/2 inches piece


  • garlic cloves-2


  • turmeric powder-1/2 teaspoon


  • coriander powder-1/2 teaspoon


  • cumin powder-1/2 teaspoon


  • chilli powder-1/2 teaspoon


  • whole spices-1 teaspoon


  • fresh cream-4 tablespoon

Directions

  • boil Rajma in pressure cooker keep it aside
  • then in pressure cooker put 1 teaspoon oil and 1 teaspoon butter
  • then put whole spices
  • then chopped ginger and garlic
  • then chopped onion
  • when onion is translucent put chopped tomatoes
  • after tomato is cooked put all the powder masala
  • cook for 1 minutes
  • then put washed black dal
  • then boiled rajma
  • cook it in pressure cooker until 3 whistle on slow heat
  • after it cooked put 4 tablespoons of cream in it and cook it for 2 minutes
  • garnish with chopped coriander and dash of cream and butter
  • serve with hot rice or naan ,paratha or roti
