2 bowl leftover rice
2 bowls cooked dal
1 onion chopped
1 tomato chopped
1/2 tsp haldi
1 spicy green chilly chopped
3 garlic chopped
1 curry leaf spring
1 tsp mustard
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ghee
Directions
Heat oil inpressure cooker
Add mustard, curry leaf, green chilli .
Add onion and salt. Wait till onion shrink
Add tomato and haldi . When tomato turns mushy add dal and rice
Add 2 cup water and cook for 3 whistles.
Add ghee on top and serve hot
