Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 bowl leftover rice


  • 2 bowls cooked dal


  • 1 onion chopped


  • 1 tomato chopped


  • 1/2 tsp haldi


  • 1 spicy green chilly chopped


  • 3 garlic chopped


  • 1 curry leaf spring


  • 1 tsp mustard


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp ghee

Directions

  • Heat oil inpressure cooker
  • Add mustard, curry leaf, green chilli .
  • Add onion and salt. Wait till onion shrink
  • Add tomato and haldi . When tomato turns mushy add dal and rice
  • Add 2 cup water and cook for 3 whistles.
  • Add ghee on top and serve hot
