Ingredients

Urad duli dal 100gram
Chana dal 50,gram
Salt 1 1/4spoon
Turmeric powder l /2 spoon
Red chilli powder 1 spoon
Garam masala 1 spoon
Cumin seeds 1spoon
Hing 1 pinch
Methi seeds 1/2 spoon
Kasuri methi 3 spoon
Tomato chopped 2
Green chilly 2 chopped
Ginger paste 1spoon
Ghee 3spoon
Lemon juice 2spoon
Directions
Mix urad chana dal and soak it for one hour. Put salt turmeric in a cooker after one hour and add 300 grams of water and apply 4 whistles. Stir the second gas vigorously. When hot, add cumin fenugreek seeds and let them turn golden. Add tomatoes and mix. Add green chili ginger. Mix chilli powder with garam masala. Cook the masala on slow gas and mix the boiled dal when the masala leaves ghee. Allow to cook for 5 minutes. Add kasuri methi and mix lemon juice too. Delicious healthy dal is ready to be served with naan or roti.
