3 bowl flat beans boiled
1 onion chopped
1 tomato chopped
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
4 curry leaves
1 tsp mustard
1/4 tsp haldi
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp oil
Directions
Heat oil and add mustard
Add onion and salt. Wait till onion shrinks
Add ginger garlic paste, when the raw smell goes away add tomato and curry leaves
Add haldi and mix well.
Add beans and cover the lid for a minute
Serve hot
