Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 3 bowl flat beans boiled


  • 1 onion chopped


  • 1 tomato chopped


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 4 curry leaves


  • 1 tsp mustard


  • 1/4 tsp haldi


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Heat oil and add mustard
  • Add onion and salt. Wait till onion shrinks
  • Add ginger garlic paste, when the raw smell goes away add tomato and curry leaves
  • Add haldi and mix well.
  • Add beans and cover the lid for a minute
  • Serve hot
